The 2017 Annual General Meeting including the election of the directors (“board”) will take place immediately preceding the Swap at the Elks Lodge on November 8th, 2017.
Specific times and details will follow. One can expect the AGM meeting consisting of elections to start around 5:30 in the lounge of the Elks, adjacent to the room in which the Swap takes place. The Swap proper will begin around 6:30.
This meeting is a good time for the general membership to meet the directors of the BNC, converse with them in person, learn more about the BNC, and take part in the election of the directors for a one year term. Subsequently, the elected directors elect the board officers at a later meeting.
