The Tin House is situated 10 minutes from Devil’s Thumb Ranch and Snow Mountain Ranch, and 15 minutes from Winter Park Resort in the heart of Grand County.
You will have your own bedroom in this large home and you share a bathroom with one other bedroom. Common areas such as the kitchen and entertainment room are shared with the rest of the household. The adult occupancy in this room is limited to two.
The rent is amazingly affordable and the convenience is awesome. And imagine not having to drive home on a Sunday afternoon! You can stay until Monday morning! The room is available from November 2017 to October 31, 2018 with potential for a longer term.
