We are excited to announce that the BNC Capital Campaign for a new grooming setup has surpassed $10,000 in donations! This leaves only $2500 left in our goal to raise $12,500.
BNC funds will match donations to cover the $25,000 cost of the new equipment. This will give BNC two rigs capable of independent operation, enabling simultaneous grooming of North Boulder Park and additional locations such as CU South, opening up new groomed terrain in the Boulder area.
With the current success of the campaign, BNC has placed an order for a new utility snowmobile, allowing us to get a non-profit discount and guarantee that the new sled will be ready to go when the snow flies in the fall.
The sled is only half of the story: Grooming of CU-South will also require a grooming implement!
